What can the right Foods for you

healthy food5.jpg

This may seem rudimentary to the point of ridicule, but good food does good things for body .... I know, I know, its water is wet.

This study caught my attention to the fact that it is a single "tweener" as studies go-don't look for food nutrients specific and yet not a tremendously large and convoluted mess, like nurses Health Study.

Instead, this study-led by Inger Björck, Professor of nutrition related to food, the University of Lund-looked at the effects on the health of a diet with more foods that are thought to reduce inflammation. Here are details of the study;

Forty-four overweight, healthy people between the ages of 50 and 75 attended the diet study For four weeks who ate foods that are presumed to reduce inflammation of quality lower body, a condition which in turn triggers the metabolic syndrome and so obesity, type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease.Test diet was high in antioxidants, low-GI foods (i.e. slow release carbohydrates), omega fatty acids, probiotics, wholemeal products and dietary fibre viscous. Examples of foods eaten bluefish, barley, soy protein, cranberries, almonds, cinnamon, vinegar and some type of bread LDL cholesterol. integral has been reduced by 33 percent. Blood lipids, decreased 14 percent. Blood pressure reduced from the KPI risk percent. 8 for blood clots of 26 percent.A marker of inflammation in the body was also greatly reduced, while improved memory and cognitive function. the results of the study makes sense as these are healthy, largely unprocessed foods that have proven to have health benefits individually .it would be rushed to conclude, however that this group of foods is the preferred way to eat like any dietary change is usually a big improvement for the average diet habits. The people would be willing to bet that other habits can be equally (or at least competitive) effective as the pattern have chosen-as long as calorie consumption has been kept under control. is justified a control group of some sort to give this study a little more credibility. one of the highlights of studying different foods clusters is that helps take the emphasis on individual feedingstuff "cures" that runs rampant in products.xml "superfood" I'm curious to see what kind of weight loss the participants experienced.
